About Us
Bath High School Preservation was incorporated
and obtained IRS status as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in
2005. The corporation is guided and governed by a board of directors
serving staggered, three-year terms.
The organization is supported by dues-paying members, by tax deductible donations and by community fund-raising events. A
notable number of these hardworking members serve on the standing
and ad-hoc committees that organize the annual membership drives,
raffle, golf tournament, Oyster Roast, BHSP 5k Pirate Run/Walk and presence at
various community functions and reunions.
