About Us
Bath High School Preservation was incorporated
and obtained IRS status as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in
2005. The corporation is guided and governed by a board of directors
serving staggered, three-year terms.
The organization is supported by dues-paying members, by tax deductible donations and by community fund-raising events. A
notable number of these hardworking members serve on the standing
and ad-hoc committees that organize the annual membership drivers,
raffle, golf tournament, Oyster/Chili Shindig and presence at
various community functions and reunions.
Our Mission
To protect, preserve and promote the structure that was used for the
former Bath High School such that the building is ultimately put to
use in a way that will benefit the community and assure that it
regains and maintains a place of dignity in the community
